I’m a Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine and the owner of Central Texas Acupuncture & Wellness Center. My work is focused on providing effective, drug-free, non-invasive medical solutions for pain, neurological recovery, and long-term wellness.

My background is rooted in both modern science and classical East Asian medicine. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Psychology, and I completed my master’s degree at AOMA Graduate School of Integrative Medicine with a specialization in Chinese herbal medicine. I later earned my doctorate at Pacific College of Health & Science, where I focused on integrative clinical practice and modern applications of acupuncture.

I’m licensed by the state of Texas and nationally board-certified by the NCCAOM as a Diplomate of Acupuncture and Chinese Herbology. I’m certified in NADA Acudetox, Battlefield Acupuncture, and dry needling, and I hold an active phlebotomy license. I’m also an AOBTA Certified Practitioner. Early in my training, I studied at the World Medicine Institute, one of the only schools that preserved the Taoist lineage of acupuncture and Chi Kung. Under Dr. Lily Chang Yi Hsiang, a 64th-generation Taoist and Chi Kung master, I completed a two-year apprenticeship that included intensive work in classical acupuncture, Chi Kung and Taoist therapeutic hand forms.

My clinical work covers a wide range of conditions, with a focus on:

• Peripheral neuropathy and nerve-related pain patterns.
• Neurological recovery, including post-stroke care and Bell’s palsy.
• TMJ disorders, jaw tension, and stress-driven clenching.
• Fertility and women’s health, including cycle regulation and IVF/FET support.
• Autoimmune disorders, including fatigue, inflammation, and multisystem involvement.
• Optical and eye health, including dry eyes, visual strain, and circulation-related symptoms.
• Migraine and headache disorders, including vascular, muscular, and hormonal patterns.
• Digestive disorders, including IBS, GERD, SIBO-type symptoms, and chronic inflammation.
• Functional medicine support using targeted labs to guide treatment.

Integration of multiple modalities to include acupuncture, Tuina Asian bodywork, cupping, PEMF, infrared therapy, ATP biotherapy, ozone therapy, and herbal medicine to support circulation, nerve repair, motor function, and pain relief.

As a U.S. Army combat veteran and military spouse, I understand the challenges many service members face when navigating pain, trauma, and limited access to effective care. This perspective drives my commitment to providing patient-centered, high-quality treatment that supports real functional improvement, not temporary symptom masking. My goal is simple: deliver modern, evidence-supported acupuncture and integrative therapies that help people move better, feel better, and reclaim their quality of life without relying on medication or invasive procedures.

You’re welcome to visit the clinic, learn how these therapies work, and see whether our approach is a good fit for your needs. Healing is a process, but it’s one you don’t have to walk alone.
